 Supervisor Orientation
 This
session is designed for supervisors who are new to EA/UCLA and/or new to
supervision, but also provides useful information for current supervisors.
The objectives
of this orientation are to:
- Provide participants
with information about their role as a supervisor.
- Introduce
contacts/resources within External Affairs.
- Direct supervisors
to available online resources.
The
workshop covers supervisory roles and responsibilities as well as highlights
resources for recruitment,
compensation, employee orientation, Time Reporting System/Supervisor's Report,
and Performance Evaluation and Development Plan.
The
Supervisor Orientation is offered every other Thursday from 1–2:30
